Compliance and keeping COVID safe
To ensure the safety of members and our personal trainers, there are a few key processes we’re taking to keep the gym a safe environment for all to train in:
- If you’re feeling unwell or experience any symptoms relating to COVID, please DO NOT attend the Strength Centre
- Hand sanitiser MUST be applied at the start and end of every session
- Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial spray before and after use
- Personal trainers will wear a mask upon request for 1-2-1 training sessions and will always maintain a 2-metre distance
- Gym doors will remain open to allow constant air flow
- The floor will be steam cleaned and wiped down at the end of every day
These precautions are subject to change as circumstances change in the coming months.
