For experienced gym goers wanting a solid structure and routine

Online coaching is perfect for those who are unable to access our Basingstoke gym, the Strength Centre. For those who have experience training, this service is tailored to you and your goals. With years of programming experience, our trainers provide a highly detailed and bespoke level of service.

Client programmes are sent out every 4 or 6 weeks depending on your training cycle and will be accessed through a coaching app called Everfit.

What’s the online coaching process?

The online fitness coaching process involves an online consultation over the phone or via Zoom, with the aim of discussing a wide variety of topics to learn more about you and obtain as much relevant information to include in your programming process.

A healthcare and welcome questionnaire will be sent out, along with terms and conditions so you can agree to the expectation the Strength Centre has from you, alongside explaining what we can offer.

Programmes are sold in 3 month instalments and are fully tailored to your goal. If it’s a competitive sport you play, then further information will be gathered in order to effectively plan your competitive year and your training.

Online coaching course breakdown

  • A mandatory 15 minute catch up call every month to discuss progression and to ensure your program remains correctly tailored to your needs and goals
  • Weekly habit checking/goal setting to help steer habits and behaviours outside of sessions
  • WhatsApp support during the working hours of the Strength Centre
  • Option to send videos of your training so your trainer can support and advise
  • Calculated macros and calorie intake
  • Monthly recipe packs aimed at improving your nutrition
