You may be seeking nutritional advice because you’ve got your training planned nailed, but need to brush up on the food side of things, or you could be a complete newbie and need advice in all areas. Either way, we provide nutritional advice and coaching suitable for all, available in two forms:

  • Option 1: Weekly 1-2-1 nutritional coaching (30 or 60 minute sessions via Zoom or in person at the Strength Centre)
  • Option 2: Our 6 Week Fundamentals to Nutrition course (please click through for further information on this course)

What’s included in 1-2-1 nutritional coaching?

Either carried out by Zoom or in person at the Strength Centre, our 1-2-1 nutritional advice and coaching services include the following:

  • 30 or 60 minute nutrition sessions
  • Calculated macros and calorie intake
  • Nutritional habit checking and goal setting
  • Review of your food diary
  • WhatsApp support during the working hours of the Strength Centre
  • Monthly recipe packs aimed at improving your nutrition
  • Free Lifestyle and Fundamentals of PT eBook (for 60 minute nutrition plans)
  • Free Training eBook

Sessions are booked in blocks of 4 each month and are billed prior to starting the sessions. The value and cost per session is broken down in our price list
