Minimise costs and share sessions with others through group fitness training

If you’re looking to work with a highly experienced personal trainer but feel like the cost of 1-2-1 training is too expensive, why not try our semi-private group fitness training?

This is a cost-effective approach to securing a high-level of service whilst sharing the experience with friends who have a similar goal, or make new friends by joining a brilliant and welcoming group of individuals who you’ll meet on the day of your first session.

By training as part of a group, you’ll have an increased level of accountability from both your Strength Centre trainer and the peers within your group.

What’s included in group training?

The Strength Centre’s group fitness training service includes:

  • Biweekly or bimonthly habit checking/goal setting to help steer habits and behaviours outside of sessions
  • WhatsApp support during the working hours of the Strength Centre
  • Group accountability WhatsApp group
  • Calculated macros and calorie intake
  • Monthly recipe packs aimed at improving your nutrition

Group training course breakdown

This level of personal training is ideal for those who are new to the gym and wish to continue learning correct techniques under trainer supervision and in the company of like-minded peers, all whilst reducing the cost per person per session.

Sessions are booked in blocks of 4, 8 or 12 and are billed prior to starting the course. Pricing is as follows:

  • Group of 2: £30 per person per session
  • Group of 3: £25 per person per session
  • Group of 4: £20 per person per session
