Are you looking for personal training in Basingstoke? Our sessions at the Strength Centre are fully tailored to meet your fitness needs and goals. Sessions can include a range of activities, from sprint training and technique sessions to max effort strength training. Our trainers have worked with both professional athletes and recreational athletes.
But, it’s not all about performance-based results. If you struggle with confidence or knowledge on what to do in the gym, then we’re also here to help.
A large portion of our clients and members are those who wish to build their confidence, knowledge and application within a gym setting. But, sessions don’t just last in the gym! With regular check-in appointments and weekly habit settings, we provide you with the tools to succeed and make sustainable changes.

What do our personal training services cover?
Carried out at our Basingstoke gym, the Strength Centre, our 1-2-1 personal training services include the following:
- 60 minute personal training sessions
- Fully tailored training programmes to help reach your goals
- Monthly review and consultation process
- Weekly habit checking/goal setting to help steer habits and behaviours outside of sessions
- WhatsApp support during the working hours of the Strength Centre
- Free ‘Training eBook’
- Calculated macros and calorie intake
- Monthly recipe packs aimed at improving your nutrition
Sessions are booked in blocks of 4, 8 or 12 and are billed prior to starting the course. The value and cost per session is broken down in our price list.
