One thing that lockdown has taught me is that there are other ways of gaining knowledge and expressing knowledge apart from coaching people! Over lockdown I’ve written my second e-book with factual content that can be applied into your daily lives.
I’ve titled it “thoughts on training that doesn’t include training”. There are a million different videos out there about training and workouts, but not much in terms of mindset, nutrition or sleep. So these are my thoughts and some research collected and written in a way to help you all achieve better goals within the gym as well as outside of it!
