Welcome to my podcast page!
Before Iphones, Youtube, blogs and other streamed video content, there were podcasts. Now you may think that these downloadable audio files were all the rage in the early noughties, and were just around to give us all a reason to look forward to our morning commute, not to mention providing us with endless hours of entertainment while we toiled away at work.
But, with most of us now shifting to a new ‘working from home’ routine, and 2020 well, hitting us all with challenges and hurdles to overcome, there’s no denying that podcasts are back and in demand more now than ever!

THE CR-SC PODCAST #4
Training from home – cardio vs hypertrophy
In this episode of the podcast I give my thoughts and opinions on training from home and which of the following adaptations are easier to achieve. With the news that gyms have been removed from the tier 3 mandatory closure list, it’ll be more than likely gyms can remain open if the rate of COVID-19 infections don’t dramatically rise.
However, it is still beneficial to learn about how to produce a stimulus for these qualities even if you do make it back into a gym setting.
